Interview
It was very lengthy. Required multiple rounds of interviewing with different team managers and levels of leadership. They really want to see where you will fit in best. It took around 8 hours but they did provide me with lunch.

Phone screen with a recruiter, very conversational and friendly. Not very technical — focused on background, experience, and interest in the company. Questions were high level about who you are and what you've worked on. Quick and straightforward process to get to the next round.

Casual recruiter call. Asked about role interests and team matching. Gave overview of current hiring goals. Standard behavioral questions for vibe check and team fit. Prepare to explain a few projects

Interview
First a quick 15 minute recruiter screening over the phone. This was followed by a 45 minute online meeting with the team manager. Next step would have been an in-person panel interview.
