My overall experience was extremely unprofessional. The interview process stretched over two weeks, and I had shared all details about my profile and my expectations with HR. However, after four rounds of interviews, they offered a CTC lower than my current one. Their justification was that they provide additional benefits like gratuity, medical insurance, and a term plan, as well as considering my recent switch. These factors had already been communicated upfront along with my expectations, but they didn't even attempt to negotiate for a 10% increase on my current package. It felt like a complete waste of time.
