Not complicated, good overall.
First a call, then part of an experience with other people who are applying, then 3 other interviews.
The experience is easy going and forward. The interviews play more like conversations which are interesting. I would say the process is straightforward and surprisingly fast.

Interview
You start with a telephone interview which is very straightforward, (questions like what have you done why you want to enter the company). If successful you are invited to a graduate evening with other students which is a mix of interviews (in person a little bit more in-depth with a senior) and other activities. Afterwards there are another 2-3 interviews with other senior and junior members which is a mix of indents personal and professional questions.
