Interview
At first, a small introduction of the managers and the council, then you must fill in a form with questions such as identification, DBS checks, notice period, salary expectation, etc. They will then ask about you and what you are doing currently, what experience do you have, what made you interested in this role and this company. Then you will be asked some mandatory interview questions. After you have answered all of them they will ask if you want to have a break, have some water, etc. Afterwards, there will be an assessment on your thought processes of real life case-scenarios that you will deal with in your job.
