Interview
Before showcase started, I applied online to their BTP program & I finished their online assessments which took a long time. Then, at showcase, I met a team of engineers & HR recruiters at my school. I talked to them during showcase and also attended their info session post showcase. To my surprise, I was given the chance to interview with them via video chat.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself that is not on your resume. Describe a time you solved a process. Describe a time when someone disagreed with your idea - how did you convince them? Describe a time when you had to overcome something difficult. What is one thing that AB is doing now that we can do differently? Why do you want to work for AB?
At first there was an online game survey. This was followed by a video interview that was two questions long. Finally after this round, there were two face-to-face interviews with people at the job site.
