It took a while between each round to hear back from them, but it was extremely user friendly and personable. First you go through temperament tests and games that reminded me of a Wonderlic test. Face to face interviews were done through zoom.

Question 1
Name a time you had to name an immediate decision when you had conflicting view points. What was the situation and what was your decision?
Test including various games as personality profile. Included 12 different things from clicking quickly to decision making. Afterwards was a recorded two question interview. 3 minutes to prepare and then 3 minutes to answer with one retake.
