TLDR - I am disappointed to have spent as much time as I did with this organization. I don't think I was ever under serious consideration - and I don't think the interviews, past the first one, meant anything.
The process started with a recruiter video call that covered basic job history, background, skills, etc.
The 2nd interview was with the hiring manager, and was similar to the recruiter call. The manager decided to move me to the third round.
The third round was about a week later, again with the hiring manager. It was extremely easy. The questions were not challenging, at all.
I followed up after a few days, and was told they'd have feedback for me later that day -- but then I heard nothing for another week, at which point I reached out again.
In the end, I learned that they had decided not to move forward, stating that I was not the type of candidate they wanted. That should have been evident from first call -- and I would have preferred that, over the valuable time I spent with this organization.
