I initially talked to a recruiter on the phone who asked me some basic questions about my qualifications and such. I then had an interview with the manager of the position. She asked me questions about my work experience and gave me more information and the role and how the team worked together. I then had a final interview with a panel, which was 2 members of the team I was interviewing for and an executive. They asked me more typical interview questions, in the form of “describe a time when…” relating mostly to how well you work in a team, and how you handle conflict or difficulties. They offered the position to a different candidate, but I had a really positive experience overall and felt that they were very fair. The entire process from application to final interview was about 3-4 weeks.
