I applied online. I interviewed at Anvilogic in Apr 2026
Interview
I went through the interview process here and want to share my experience so others know what to expect, especially if you are newer to sales.
While I was interviewing, I connected with a current employee who was let go during the process. She was given no clear reason and shared her perspective on a toxic work environment with obvious favoritism. That alone gave me pause, but I continued with the process.
The third round is a mock cold call conducted in front of three managers. I have an IT background and was trying to break into sales, so this format immediately felt like an inaccurate way to assess potential. A panel interview with no warm-up, no clear guide, and feedback delivered through analogies instead of direct coaching is not a reflection of how someone would perform with real training. It is a pressure test, not an evaluation of your ability to learn and grow.
I was also given unsolicited personal comments during the process that felt inappropriate and unprofessional, which further confirmed this was not a supportive environment.
If you already have cold calling experience, you might be fine. Best of luck to you. But if you are entry level and looking for a company that will invest in you, develop your skills, and give you a fair shot, I would not recommend trying here. The culture seems to chew people up and spit them out, and the interview process is designed to filter people out, not find potential.
