The online submission is long and tedious. In my opinion, they require too much information up front. I had a phone screen with a recruiter and was contacted about a week later to set up a 2 hour call (45min with hiring manager, 15min break, 1 hour with a panel). The longer call seemed to go very well. At the conclusion of that call, I was told the recruiter would reach out to ask about references. Almost 4 weeks later and no one has reached out. The recruiter also has stopped responding to emails. Incredibly unprofessional to be fully ghosted after a final round interview.
