2. first technical round on tibco bw as I am from tibco background.

Interview
There were a total of 5 rounds of interview, starting with a written test followed by 4 (1:1) discussions around software development essentials and primary skill review. Felt it was a really good interview process to measure the capabilities of the candidate in different aspects of the software development.

Interview
Interview process was vague. I think interview is being conducted for being in lime light. The first two rounds were on c++ and data structures which went really well as it was healthy discussion. Also i informed recruiter that i dont have working experience in some domain, for which he agreed by saying that most of people get to learn these things after joining Apisero.
Third round was of 5-6 min and after conveying several times that i dont ave domain knowledge interviewer keep on asking question in same thing and after 5 min told that we could not proceed with your candidature.
It was complete wastage of time being involved in written exam of 1 hour and two technical rounds of 30 mins each.
It was conveyed earlier that I have not worked in particular area, then it should have been cleared during the first round or even during screening of resume.
It was really a waste of time and effort.
