A zoom interview with a sales manager. She was pleasant and wanted to vet my personality and career background. Her desire was to insure my demeanor and confidence was up to par to facilitate a sales role at the company.

Straight forward interview process. They want to get to know you as a person so some questions are more personal then my other interview experiences. Made it to final round in person had a tour and spoke with the BDR manager. Final interview is more of a conversation with behavioral questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AppFolio (San Diego, CA)

I interviewed for a hybrid BDR position in their San Diego office. I met with multiple team members and following the on-site interview, they requested references. After providing my professional references, they went dark. I sent multiple emails to the hiring manager and did not hear from anyone on the AppFolio team for 3 months. Highly unprofessional experience, especially since the interview process focused on questions about me personally and not so much my work experience.
