I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Appian (McLean, VA) in Oct 2019
Interview
I submitted my resume through referral. Got a call back from HR in a couple of days followed by a technical phone screening the week after. Then waited another two weeks for a 4-hour onsite interview (2 technical, 1 behavioral, 1 executive, 1 presentation).
Very courteous and professional recruiters. Though I didn't get the target position it was a very good experience in general

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Appian (New York, NY)
Interview
The recruiter was extremely unprofessional. This is the worst hiring process I have experienced. The recruiter did not turn up to the meeting scheulded by her and offered no apologies.
After 3 rounds of interviews which included a presentation and technical tests, I was told that my salary expectations were too high although I made them clear upfront. A total waste of time.
Either the recruiter did not do her job properly or the company is looking to underpay. Either way, big red flags.
Initial screening call, then personality interview.
Then a 2 hour interview. One for presentation, and 3 other interviews. Then final interview. Was a very good process, and quick. Very good experience.
