Sent a application via e-mail, and was called that same day by the HR person who was by chance in town, Met with him for a 1 on 1 interview. Within a couple of days, I was called by the District manager for another interview. The 1 on 1 interview with the District Manager was very pleasent. After the 1 on 1, I was given a skills and personality test. The interviews were held at one of the restaurants. The HR and District manager were extremely nice and open with the information they provided.
