Interview
The interview process was about an hour long process giving different scenerios and how you would handle the situation. You talk a little about yourself and what you would like to see as far as being a part of the company. Also its a way for them to get to know you and see how you would fit into the management team.
Simple and straightforward. The interviewer was very respectful of me and everyone else there. I was asked about my recent experience in managing people and was introduced to the staff. They even made me a shake!
