Interview
You fill out an application and if you are able to speak with a manager in-person and you have experience, you will most likely be hired the same day. After the interview, you will be asked to fill out a short personality test and then schedule orientation. If you don't have experience, but you are willing to start as a host, there is still a good chance that you will get hired.

Interview
Starting with the application it was a little fishy because they set my interview before I even filled out an application just for the application to be barely existing. They then canceled my interview 2 hours before it started with no ability to reschedule.
Alright overall pretty good but definitely be prepared to conduct yourself in a positive light and don't forget to smile. Standard interview protocols do apply to teenagers as well but you'll be fine if you prepare
Normal process. In person interview, just be yourself and you will get the job if you know what you are doing. Applebees is the best. They want the best of the best servers working for them.
