Sat with the general manager as he asked typical server/bartender questions. "How would you handle **this** situation?" "Do you like working with people?" But it was all of five to ten minutes. Very brief and to the point.

Interview
Starting with the application it was a little fishy because they set my interview before I even filled out an application just for the application to be barely existing. They then canceled my interview 2 hours before it started with no ability to reschedule.
Alright overall pretty good but definitely be prepared to conduct yourself in a positive light and don't forget to smile. Standard interview protocols do apply to teenagers as well but you'll be fine if you prepare
Normal process. In person interview, just be yourself and you will get the job if you know what you are doing. Applebees is the best. They want the best of the best servers working for them.
