I recently interviewed for a Customer Representative position at Applebee's, and the experience was overall positive and straightforward. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming. The questions were a mix of behavioral and situational ones, aimed at understanding my customer service skills and how I would handle various scenarios.
easy, asked basic questions about previous management experience and some behavioral questions. they also asked a math question, not sure why but they did. got the job within the week after applying to a job board posting
It was so fun. They asked us to get apples, fresh from the farm and make fresh pressed apple juice out of it. It was actually pretty fun and one of the best interviews ever!
There is about one round of interview onsite in the store. After 30-45 mins, you'll then know the result immediately. You'll have to provide references with a list that they might contact
