Applied online and scheduled a phone interview through email two days later. The interview was very easy. The lady was very nice and was impressed that I actually knew what I was interviewing for. I got offered the job, but didn't pass the background test.

Very thorough and informative. I learned a lot about the company and its operations during the interview process. Management was very helpful, kind and informative. I was encouraged to ask questions and provided answers in a clear easy to understand manner. Overall a very enjoyable experience. One of the best interviews I have ever been on!
