My interview was taken by an extremely non technical lady she just checked my communication skills basically they judge you on the basis of your CV.. what so ever you write on ur cv they consider it and hire you. Tip : write about any xyz project you did and no one will ask you what the hell you did in that project as they themselves don't know as they don't have technical HR.
