Initial screening with Monster staff then HR staff. Had a series of video and phone interviews with hiring manager, program managers and architects. Flew me out to Long Beach for more interviews with higher managers. Made offer the very next day. Questions were the basic questions about background. There was a skills test for basic SQL and C#. Not a requirement for the job, but a basic understanding was needed. Did not get all answers correct, but was able to figure out how to get the right answer.
