Dysfunctional (process took months) - two positions open and I expressed my desire for the better job and interviewer stated I would be considered for both in the first interview and the next interview asked a bunch of questions that really didnt pertain to the job - the first person interviewed did a good job about asking about experience and qualification the next guy didnt what a waste of time - someone needs to address this ASAP. Pass this bunch up

Met with the team, the director and the VP, all done in one day. The interviews overall were easy, they wanted to get an idea of your personality to see if you were a fit. Also background if that was a fit. It was a positive experience.
