Applied, had a phone interview week later, had an in person interview 2 weeks after that. They ghosted me after that, never responded to any follow ups. Very unprofessional.
This interview was very kind and I had a very pleasant time interviewing with the director of clinical nutrition and clinical nutrition manager. Just asked me about myself, previous experience, and future goals. Was not clinically interviewed.
The interview process was good. I had a panel interview with the clinical RD team- a few clinical RDs and the clinical manager. It was probably about 30-45 minutes. I recommend coming prepared with a few questions to ask at the end- clarify the position, find out about workload, etc.

Be prepared to answer questions about your clinical skills, what you would do in certain clinical situations, how you would educate patients with certain chronic diseases.
Multiple Interviews with weeks in between each and all with nice people. It seems there are communication issues between interviewers at times. Overall you have to keep asking them what is next and that you are still interested in order to get a response.
