The interview process is very laid back and casual, with the opportunity to meet some of the people you'd be working with right away. From what I experienced, they valued transparency and give you an idea of what the job entails.

The interview was very personal and really looking for your meaning or reason for wanting to do this role. Give real life examples of things that have pushed your goals.

Interview
Submitting of application, resume, referrals, and cover letter was all done online. This was followed up by an appointment with the clinical director, who then contacted my references. Then I was supposed to meet with the clinical director and counseling manager, but instead found myself in a room of 9 people who were all part of the clinical and administrative support staff! Fortunately I was prepared, having just googled "panel job interviews" the day before! They peppered me with questions and thoroughly answered my own questions.
