They will never look into resume's before calling candidate for onsite interview.
They will just say your profile doesn't match our requirement after making you to wait for 3-4 hours in their office.
Don't play with candidates time.

Looking into your resume, Interviewer will ask some time pass questions for some 10 min and he will inform recruiter that " Candidate is not interested about the position "
