I applied through university. I interviewed at Arcesium (New Delhi) in Sept 2016
Interview
There was a two-stage process , a technical and an HR round. The interviewer started with the standard getting to know you stuff. Then they asked questions touching on all major aspects of Finance lightly. Then they probed into my knowledge of the job and in between an attempt for a pressure test was made.
The HR round was really cool. The interview started with a page that he had received from the first interview round interviewer. He touched on certain things they might have unsure about in the first round. They he just delved deeper into my personality, preferences and general ability to cope.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Arcesium in Jan 2026
Interview
apititude 2 technical rounds 1 hr round, Apti is easy, technical rounds are okayish. Prepare diligently as the interviewer can ask anything from finance.
Prepare your cv properly. I was in valuation role so prepare accordingly which role is being ofered.
Multiple rounds - interviews are technical, and they look for a culture fit; Interviewers are professional. The panel is also friendly and knowledgeable. There are gaps between each round, and the entire process also takes up a lot of time.
Process was smooth and interviews were scheduled properly and there was no long wait after one interview round. There were total 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. Overall the whole process got complete within a week
