      Lead Engineer Interview

      16 Jun 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arcesium in Jun 2024

      Interview

I was referred by a friend of mine for the Lead Engineer position. First round was online hackerrank test. Next 3 rounds were technical rounds on zoom. Then there was 1 hiring manager round on zoom followed by HR discussion. 2 days later I received the offer and I accepted it. The complete process took around 10-12 days. The completed process was communicated well by the TA manager.

      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arcesium (Hyderābād)

      Interview

Interview process was disappointing overall. While the technical rounds were decent, the HR/recruitment experience left a very negative impression. Recruiters were extremely unresponsive , they neither picked up calls nor replied to follow-up emails asking for updates or feedback after the interviews. Instead of communicating transparently, candidates are simply ghosted after investing significant time in the process. A basic level of professionalism and respect for candidates’ time is expected during hiring, especially from a company of this scale. Even a rejection email or brief feedback would have been appreciated. The lack of communication made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional.
