Interview
Nice people, pleasant conversation but the work must be done very quickly and very quality. They told me about all my responsibilities and asked me about my preferred payment. I did test work after I send it them and I receive a positive value about my job. They said me that will connect with me. I had waited for an answer for a long time and then they told me that they hired another person and offered me a part-time job

Unprofessional ghosting. They don’t understand what they are looking for. Title holds no true relevance towards position. They are squeezing multiple jobs into one position all of which have their own degree. Photography, videography, social media management, graphic design, 3d rendering are all their own specialties. Marketing Coordinators are typically not the content creators. Steer clear of this workplace that clearly doesn’t understand how to value a future employee and are obviously just trying to milk an area of expertise that is out of their understanding.
