I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arctic Cat (Plymouth, MN) in May 2017
Interview
Very low key, and did not feel pressured to answer difficult questions. Initially met with assistant general counsel. Other legal department members were brought in to introduce themselves and ask questions. Very friendly atmosphere.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arctic Cat (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2015
Interview
Through a staffing agency - was a speed interview with the Vice President of Human Resources. The agency had presented me as a potential candidate for the role. I was placed in a holding room while others interviewed first, and there were more applicants coming into behind me. VP of HR and I chatted for 30 minutes, reviewing my background, the company's history and the job requirements.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very conversational but through the process it became clear that this was not a forward thinking, innovative, progressive company. Very old school HR mentality that will be hard to keep up with their competition in the market.
