Interview
The interview went well. The guys sat me down and asked me a bunch of regular questions, no behavioral stuff, so it didn't take as long as I had originally thought it would. I was shown around the facility and was introduced to the workers. It has been nearly 2 months since that first interview and 1 since my last phone interview. I have called back but the hiring manager says they haven't made a decision yet. I feel like the process has dragged on but I still few the company positively.

Interview
The in person interview was okay. However, the recruitment team had little to no transparency. Communication was only on the job seekers end and the recruiter was quite rude and assuming in the beginning of the process.
