I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arctic Wolf (Eden Prairie, MN) in Sept 2021
Interview
I applied and also had an internal referral. I was contacted almost immediately. I progressed through 3 interviews with 3 different groups of people. The first was a phone interview, followed by the remaining rounds of interviews. The questions were a mix of technical and soft skill questions. I felt like I connected with the interviewers during each round and felt more and more confident by the end of the process that I would get an offer. I was told that someone would follow up with me in approximately 1 week. I was never contacted. I reached out and followed up, as well as solicited feedback. Still nothing. I found this incredibly rude, given the fact that I spend a good amount of time preparing myself and researching the company. It also did not seem to make any difference that I was recommended to the role by an existing employee. I will never again consider a role with them due to getting ghosted.
I applied online. I interviewed at Arctic Wolf (Kitchener, ON) in Sept 2022
Interview
1st round consists of two people.
One analyst and the operation manager.
The interview was a so-so, not easy nor difficult.
However, despite knowing the answers in all the questions given, you wont be guaranteed to be hired.
One video interview for one hour with the hiring manager and a team member. The interview was easy more like a conversation. I was asked some basic technical questions and some behaviors questions as well.
