I've conducted interviews and as a former manager this was an unsatisfactory experience. They say first impression, is a lasting impression. My resume was chopped and screwed as if I wrote a thesis paper by the hiring supervisor, who was also condescending at its least. From simple errors of months to questioning the fact I held two jobs while studying for my degree. It was a very cold environment, no introductions and very elementary style interview. They ask for repetitive information , completion of forms that already done electronically and there is a homework assignment with a very entry level case vignette question. I did engage well during interview but I knew leaving that I wouldn't accept the job, I felt unwelcome by the supervisor.

Question 1
Your resume shows that I worked XYZ and ABC during the same time, is this a mistake?
We are sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience, as our department has never received a dissatisfying review for an interview. The review of the resume is a crucial part of the interview and must be discussed methodically. As far as your other concerns, I would be more than happy to further discuss them with you.
It was straight forward. General question asked. Very informative on the benefits package. Open forum to talk about or ask questions that were important to you. Overall good standard interview.
