Argus Contracting interview questions

Recruiter call me to advise me that they where requesting an interview for the next day They where three Interviewers, President, Vice-president and Operation Manager, each one of them ask a question, making eye contact on every question made, each one gave information for the position applying for according the area each one had, they talk about their expectations for the person who will cover the position, Same day agency call me to let me know the company was interested in me, I had to go the next day to run a Drug Test and complete a contract and release form for a background. And soonest we had all complete and test where back I start working.
