I was contacted after applying within 24 hours. First I went through a phone screen, and then an in-person interview was scheduled. The in-person took approximately one hour. During the interview, we spoke about the role, what I was looking for in a position and what they were looking for in a candidate. I went through several pre-employment screens, was given a tour and then drug tested before my start date was discussed.
