I applied through university. I interviewed at Arista Networks
Interview
I had a 30 min phone interview, and it can be divided into three sections:
First, the interviewer asked some questions about my resume (like course, projects).
Then, I was told to ssh on their server and write my answer (c code) to a programming question. After finished code writing, compile and test with sample input.
At last, the interviewer asked me some basic network knowledge, such as tools and protocol detail.

Interview
Ask questions about find the successor of a node in the binary search tree, find the missing number in the array, using vim and gcc to compile, using gdb to debugger. Can only use C language. The most import thing in the interview is to keep sober, the problem is not hard, but need to be careful to solve it.

Interview
1. Arista came to campus. Were open for CS & IT students.
2. Asked students with GPA>7.8 to submit resumes.
3. Asked students with GPA>9 to attend interviews.
4. Took 4 students with highest GPA.
This was a waste of time for the other students, as it was very clear that the company had a preset mindset to simply take the students with highest GPA. Interviews were inconsequential.
