Arkadium Programmer interview questions

The hiring process starts with a phone screening by the hiring manager and then a short phone interview with the lead programmer, going over work experience and goals. The candidate is expected to complete an at-home programming test, which involves building a simple game in a specific language related to the job. If the game is successful, the candidate is brought in for a 2 hour in-person interview.
