Interview
Hard plant test for most of the time followed by customer service questions eg what's your philosophy about helping customers. Lots of detail about days and hours available. Talked a bit about things on my resume, manager was nice, looked like a fun place to work but didn't pass the hard plant test

Interview
Pretty simple interview and basic questions. Plant knowledge is required and you will be asked to take a horticulture test before being hired. Applied online and was asked to come in the store for one interview. Took the written test and was offered job on the spot.
The interview process is pretty straight forward aside from the horticulture quiz they require you to take to decide how much pay you will be getting. If you know basic horticulture, you should be fine otherwise it could be difficult.
