The process was intensive. There was a short phone interview, then a callback for in person. The full day interview included meeting seven people, one on whom was on Zoom in a DC office, and a series of tests on a computer. I am not surprised I didn't get the job, I was probably on the less qualified side, but I think for such a long process, they should provide feedback.
