After applying there was one interview over a phone call. The duration was about 30 minutes. The employer was very kind and the interview felt more like a casual conversation.

What was a problem you have encountered at a past job and how did you resolve it?
The interview was very simple and conversational, they asked about my previous experience, schedule flexibility, and motivations for working there. I interviewed in person at the shop's location with the store owner.
The interview was rather simple and they looked at how to best connect with you. They focused on what you would bring to the team. The past experience was not looked at much.
