Basically said they are desparate and will hire. Told me what the job entailed and asked if i would be interested. It was more like I was interviewing them than them interviewing me.

Interview
Quick and simple. Manager conducted a quick scan of my application, asked about my previous work in the serving business and hired me on the spot. Was in and out within 15-20 mins (give or take time for filling out employment paperwork).

Do you have experience in serving, and are you comfortable with it ?
I went to an opening hiring event for a new location and was hired on the spot. Everyone was super nice and the interview was very professional. I filled out a questionairre followed by a one on one interview, was offered a job, then filled out the formal application. All in all, it was good experience.
