The interview process is a bit long. It consists of several stages. When I applied I had an interview first with HR, then with the hiring manager, and finally with other team members.
One of the most thorough processes I have ever been through, but on reflection it ensured that I was the best fit for the company, but inversely, the company was the best fit for me.
