The process is very quick and very transparent. I was expecting a long thorough process, but found that I only talked to three different managers before receiving offer. Overall the precess is easy compared to some companies.

I submitted my CV online and scheduled a phone screening. The recruiter called me 10 minutes late and started explaining the company at an extremely fast pace, almost like reading an article aloud. The entire call lasted only 5 minutes. It was the worst phone interview experience I’ve had.

Interview
I first interviewed with a recruiter. She was very cool and it seems like she did not like her job. I next had three interviews set up. One was canceled the day of. The other one was very dry and it seem like he also did not like his job. I asked the person how they were doing and they said mmm okay. Which did not really set the tone for the interview. The next person was late but I understood. She was really cool and was the only person I talk to that seem like they liked working there even though they were having a bad day. I know I saw a lot of reviews about people not liking to work there and I think it showed in the interview process. They did get back to my quickly. One thing I was confused about was the job description. Each interview said something different about the job and what they said did not reflect on the actual job description. The job was mainly around quotes but that was the last bullet point. It also seems like they were not on the same page.
