Started with online pre-assessment on Mercer Mettl (aptitude, Java coding, SQL queries). Followed by 2-3 technical rounds on ABAP basics, NetWeaver architecture, BAPI/BDC, and FinessArt supply chain scenarios. Ended with HR round on motivation and fit. Total 2-4 weeks, virtual for Bengaluru roles

The four pillars are Encapsulation (bundling data/methods, access modifiers), Inheritance (extends keyword for code reuse), Polymorphism (method overriding/overloading for flexibility), and Abstraction (abstract classes/interfaces to hide complexity). worst process. The some seniors heads are conducting interview process. They dont know how the correct interview process. I adviced to people who r planning to join this company dont joined.. Don't spoil your bright carrier.
