Ascentive interview questions

It was pretty brief. Light phone interview, and then an in-person interview with I believe 4 different department heads. There was a consultant there as well that asked a lot of personality questions that felt a little unnecessary, and borderline illegal. However it was nothing that bothered me.

Hiring process is simple. They mostly hire through staffing agency. They let you know the same day if they want you to work for them. You will go through a training class, take test and hired temporarily based on your test results. 30 days before getting hired permanently.
