Phone interview with an HR representative followed by two rounds of video interviews with the HR rep and staff members/company directors. The staff member interviews were one on one, but I was passed to different staff members via breakout rooms during the same interview session.
the interviewer was good and asked me a guesstimate-based interview. The recruiter asked me multiple questions to check my aptitude as well as problem-solving skills. The recruiter was more intrested in the the thinking process behind the answer

Interview
Consisted of sql, guestimates and standard math questions. The interviewers were knowledgeable; some being less lenient than the rest. There was an aptitude written test too in the beginning of the process which was much easier to clear.
