Interview online and then interview with owner Dr. The process varies depending on the location. The process has been made to be easy and not many requirements. All is organized online first, then the meeting is scheduled.
I shared that I’m most comfortable with restorative procedures like fillings and crowns, as well as extractions and preventative care. I also mentioned my willingness to continue training in more advanced procedures as needed.

Interview
I had an in person interview and phone interview with Aspen dental. The recruiters are very professional and it was a great experience. I spent a day shadowing one of the Aspen locations to gain more information on how the clinic works
Went very well. I was informed of a lot of good information and all my questions were answered. We are scheduled to meet again some time next week where we will meet in person.
