Aspire Financial Services interview questions

First CFO was late and asked his assistant who had already left for the day call me 1 hour after our scheduled time to let me know he was busy and would need to reschedule. I took the day off for this interview. I scheduled for first thing the next day. Assistant sent me a calendar invite and low and behold attached to that invite were all the notes about me, my interview with HR, the second interview with direct manager. What they liked about me, ect.....very unprofessional

Process took one week. Conducted initial interview over the phone. Questions revolved around work experiences. On-site interview dealt more with culture fit and behavioral-based questions. Entire process was timely and team was very welcoming and receptive.
