I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Aspire Health (Charleston, WV) in Apr 2018
Interview
The entire process was about 2 months.
I had over 10 interviews, 2 face to face meetings, a good amount of time invested. I typically had to ask for feedback regarding next steps after each interview.
Communication could be improved.
I did not get offered a position and am very disappointed. I do think it’s a great company. However, the interview process needs streamlined.

Question 1
What type of leader are you.
What would your team say is your greatest weakness.
Gave scenarios and asked how to handle.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aspire Health (Harrisburg, PA) in Sept 2016
Interview
Easy was referred by another employee., so my perspective is an outlier. We mainly talked about my family and my children. Many questions were inappropriate. One red flag was the high turnover rate (both people to whom were to interview me were fired prior to our meetings).
