Phone interview, in person interview. The phone interview is very text book HR recruiter questions and the in person is with the branch manager and teller supervisor which was more personable. Lastly I met with the district manager before receiving my final offer.

Interview
Asked me about how I work in teams and experience with sales and running a cash register. Asked about my time availability and previous cash handling experience. Asked me to describe how I handle challenges.
Asked basic questions mostly related to customer service and how you would react in certain situations. Also having sales experience will help which is not required as a teller but they will ask to do crosssells

Had an HR phone interview and then met with the branch manager and teller supervisor. The teller supervisor asked the majority of the questions from a printed sheet. After that I had to do an interview with the district manager. She also used the same printed sheet but different questions.
