You fill out a form, you talk to two of the people a level above you and that's it. They aren't very thorough, to say the least. I think the owner is half in the bag, so couldn't really tell.

You are interview by a member of management and the call center director. You are brought in the building by the manager and you walk through the call center to the Director's office for your interview.
